Rozanne Hay has a background in nursing and counselling, and is an accomplished sleep practitioner of over 30 years, throughout which time she has been supporting families with their sleep issues, whilst focusing on both physical and mental wellbeing.
Rozanne’s prior training in mental health, and experiences of working with families and on a number of empowerment programs, have taught her the value of understanding, compassion, and holistic solutions that address the needs of family members in all aspects.
She has a passion for sleep education and is currently also assisting the International Association of Child Sleep Consultants (IACSC) as director of continuing education. She is also a frequent delegate at sleep conferences worldwide, and has contributed to some of the sleep literature available.
