Voluntary Register with OFSTED Training Package

After you have completed our package and bought the necessary Public Liability insurance (see below), you can apply to the voluntary part of the Ofsted childcare register via the government website.

The cost of registration is currently £103, and some parents may be willing to pay this on your behalf due to the financial savings they will receive by working with an Ofsted registered childcare professional. Ofsted aim to complete your application within 12 weeks.

This provides essential cover for childcare professional in the event of something happening to the child whilst under their care that they could be held responsible for.

We are unable to provide this cover for you. However, companies such as Morton Michel offer specific cover for Childcare professionals. Please note this will be an additional charge based on your requirements with the provider.

By purchasing the package, you get paediatric first aid training (you choose whether you want 6 hour or 12 hour), the common core skills and knowledge childcare training, and an enhanced DBS check.
If purchased individually this would cost £259 with the 6 hour first aid training and £279 with the 12 hour training.
By booking the package you get £20 off, so £239 and £259 respectively.
