Coaching Skills for Adults Supporting Children
Resilient Relationships is a comprehensive, hands-on training programme designed for adults who work closely with children in education, early years, or family care settings. The course offers practical skills to support children’s emotional wellbeing, behaviour, and confidence, while also helping practitioners take care of their own mental health and resilience.
This programme blends real-world coaching tools, child development principles, and reflective practice to help adults create safe, emotionally attuned, and empowering environments for the children in their care.
Please note: content may be adjusted slightly to reflect evolving needs and skill requirements identified by employers and partner organisations.
