Apprenticeships For Employers

Thinking of taking on an apprentice?

Then the London School of Childcare Studies want to hear from you!

We work with students who register their interest in becoming an apprentice in a childcare setting.  We interview these students to find out their preferences and then match them to an employer who is looking to not only hire staff currently undergoing training but also who want staff who are passionate about the career they have chosen.

The London School of Childcare Studies is an apprenticeship provider, meaning we will deliver all the off the job learning.  We will support your apprentice throughout their journey on their apprenticeship and ensure they are meeting the requirements set for their qualification.

We currently offer 2 different levels of apprenticeship:

  • Level 2 Early Years Practitioner and
  • Level 3 Early Years Educator

As well as this, there is also a Level 3 Diploma for the Early Years Workforce (Early Years Educator), which is a full and relevant internationally recognised qualification for international students.  For more information about the apprenticeship levels offered, please refer to our Early Years Apprenticeship Guide on the website.

You can get help from the government to pay for apprenticeship training. More information about funding is available in our prospectus.

Not only do we have apprenticeships, but we also offer a wide range of short courses for CPD training with your current staff. Information regarding these can be found in the Early Years Apprenticeship Guide, located on our website.
